Delivery Timeframe:
After processing, the typical delivery time for your shoes is between 14 to 21 days. Most of our customers experience delivery towards the shorter end of this window. We strive to get your shoes to you as quickly as possible!
Incorrect Shipping Address:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order. Please review your shipping details carefully before finalizing your purchase. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we are not informed within this timeframe, we cannot guarantee the order can be re-routed. Accordingly, we are not responsible for any issues that may occur due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Any complications with delivery under such circumstances will be the responsibility of the customer.
